About the role – Implementation Manager We are looking for a highly confident and motivated Implementation Manager to work with our customers in implementing our solutions into their businesses. You will work closely with new Customers; providing the “WOW” factor by demonstrating how features and benefits will enable them to achieve their business objectives. The Implementation Manager will work with new customers so that Products can be tailored to suit their needs. You will also deliver workshops and training sessions sharing industry best practise. You will build great relationships with customers and act as an ambassador within the company for one of their innovative products. (Don’t be put off by the technical side, we can teach you that!) You will lead and direct the project team and to ensure correct allocation of time, and to ensure maximisation of revenues, on time delivery of projects and adherence to process. Skills & Experience (We are quite fussy about some of these to ensure we recruit the right companions on our journey) •Passionate about Project Delivery (this is first on the list for a reason)! •Crystal clear communicator (written and verbally) •Naturally great at solving puzzles (shows you have analytical ability) •An attention to detail and an eye for identifying process improvements •Computer Savvy (internet and Microsoft office knowledge is a definite win) •Has a strong desire to learn and grow with a dedicated work ethic •Ability to work in a fast paced environment •Must have a sense of urgency and self-motivation •Strong organisational and time management skills •You love people and have a natural ability to build rapport and be able to put yourself in their shoes at every occasion •Friendly, polite, professional and flexible •You will be happy to regularly visit clients in order to maintain a strong knowledge of the market and requirements for existing and future products •A Prince 2 qualification would be advantageous but not essential Key Responsibilities as an Implementation Manager: •Managing the activities of the project team ensuring all team members are appropriately tasked, fully utilised and activities are managed within existing resource •Managing medium and large projects, ensuring the customer is fully engaged at all times and communicating both with the customer and externally the progress of the project •Taking an operational brief from project customers and with the appropriate PM converting that brief to an agreed project plan that can be implemented to time and budget •Ensuring compliance of all team members of all aspects of project process, internal documentation and system completeness •Managing all aspects of the project through to completion ensuring all internal and external parties are aware of their accountabilities •Ensuring successful delivery of all projects, to time and to budget •Providing leadership to team members and inspiring both confidence and a good work ethic to ensure the team perform to the highest levels •Ensuring all team members maintain all systems and documentation in line with their projects and processes to allow maximum visibility to the business of project progress •Providing support to the Head of Projects and be prepared to assume some of the duties and roles of the same during periods of absence Oh and one last thing, If you have worked within a customer facing role in the hospitality industry or have used HR or Payroll systems in the past, this will only strengthen your application.
