Contracts Compliance Manager - London- ManagementDescription: Are you a Contracts Compliance Manager seeking placement in the London area? The Contracts Compliance Manager, Hard FM, will support the Operational Contracts Manager in the day to day management of a range of significant contracts across the Estates and Facilities directorate, ensuring compliance with contractual terms & key performance indicators, with particular emphasis on Hard Facilities Management aspects. The management role is central to ensuring that the Estates and Facilities contracts are provided in line with statutory and mandatory compliance, contract specifications, terms and conditions and Key Performance Indicators. Core duties for this Contracts Compliance Manager position would include: Liaise with User Departments at all levels of staff in the monitoring of Estates and Facilities contracts, in particular Matrons, Ward Managers, Infection Control and Patient Groups. To contribute to the maintenance of all estate records relating to 3rd party providers, using the computerised estate management database systems, assisting in the management reporting for internal and external purposes. Develop and maintain a programme of monitoring and auditing to evaluate Hard FM performance against standards set out in contracts, ensuring that these dovetail into the Trust reporting frameworks including mandatory returns to NHS Estates and any internal requirements. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external contractors and work with them to ensure contract compliance. Carry out inspections, in wards and departments in line with statutory, legislative and local policies, including safe systems of work. If you have the following, then please apply today! Ability to compile concise and accurate management information for reports and presentation. Understanding of contracts, contract terms and key performance Indicators in a practical service setting.
