Accounts Assistant/Office Manager- ManagementDescription: Due to expansion we are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant/Office Manager to assist in the day- to-day running of the company. You will be leading and managing the smooth running and efficiency of the office, coordinating administration, accounts, health & safety and compliance. In return we will offer the opportunity for you to develop your skills with responsibility early on. Main Duties: • Raising Invoices • Matching Invoices to payments/receipts • Dealing with invoice queries • Credit Control • Check monthly payroll • Enter and pay staff expenses • Maintain Accounts files Office Manager Duties: • Organise DBS and CCJ checks • Updating the holiday and absence tracking systems • Organise purchase of office furniture and equipment • Organise meetings and take minutes if required • Maintain and order stock • Setup, maintain and administer office ICT systems, including telephone and computer networks • General ad hoc tasks To be successful as the Accounts Assistant/Office Manager you will: • Hold an AAT qualification or equivalent • Have previous accounting experience • Have previous office management experience in a fast growth business This is a busy and varied role which requires someone who is self-motivated and has a willing and flexible manner. You must also be highly organised with strong IT skills and good administration experience. Attention to detail is also highly important. This is a full time permanent role. The salary will be £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
