Account Manager- ManagementDescription: Account Manager (22-25k per annum) is now needed to manage and deliver training to corporate client accounts and Club Membership coaching and training, based in London. The ideal Account Manager will:- - Be an enthusiastic thinker, curious and collaborative with courage and initiative. - Be passionate about training and development and facilitating people change, with at least 1 years` experience of working in training, coaching and/or a people development capacity. - Possess a willingness to learn, develop and grow and become a good public speaker. - Be confident and engaging with sound interpersonal, presentation and pitching skills. - Have an eye for detail, with good writing skills and competent IT skills. - Be a Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Manager`s main responsibilities include:- Operations and Business Delivery: - Delivering certain levels coaching and training to corporate clients and Club members, ensuring a high quality service is delivered at all times. - Manage, design and deliver relevant coaching and training for client accounts and Club members and undertake relevant client/member council and reviews as required. - Liaise with all clients/members on training day scheduling, arrangements, materials, diary bookings and travel, and coordinating with Business Administration Manager as necessary. - Liaise with Club members on a regular basis, ensuring they feel welcome and part of the Club. - Coordinate Club membership including new member emails, new member contracts and follow-up, member biographies and video recordings, monitoring and membership renewal. - Contribute to business planning and development. Marketing and Business Development: - Act as the face of the Company at all times when managing client/member account work and when in the absence of the Managing Directors. - Build a sound business development and prospect pipeline by regularly attending relevant and appropriate networking events, seminars and conference, and actively seeking out new business opportunities. - Coordinate YouTube video recordings and updates and liaise with suppliers for Club Night recordings. Input into company newsletter, website development and/or any other promotion and/or marketing activity. Finance: - Ensure client/member accounts are financially fit for purpose and in line with company forecasting - Provide accurate invoicing requirements to Business Administration Managing in a timely manner.
