They are located in the heart of London, nearby Bond Street Station. Their award-winning services deliver projects across a range of specialist sectors and seek to further to grow their team of surveyors. Their breadth of experience covers all building and construction types with special emphasis on high end luxury homes, private healthcare buildings, community and faith projects, hotels and leisure developments, industrial premises, residential developments, educational buildings, office and commercial builds, and retail projects. In addition, they are able to support Cat. B office fit-outs, manage developments on listed buildings and provide monitoring services for Banks, ensuring all clients benefit from the best possible advice and service. The role: Planning on growing their team, my client is currently seeking for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor. Your role will be responsible for a number of their commercial projects in the private sector. As the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: • Being the main point of contact for the client on all Commercial project queries • Preparation of tender and contact documents • Undertake cost analysis, cost planning, and contract administration. • Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility testing • Manage price negotiations on new projects with contractors, core team and delivery projects • Allocation of work to subcontractors • Provide advice on contractual claims The ideal candidate must: • Have a Degree qualified educational background minimum • Have around 6-8 years of work experience in project management. • Be RICS Qualified • Have experience on private residential builds or any private sector projects • Have a high level of professionalism needed for client facing • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Have the ability to manage own projects • Good competence on basic Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) If you or anyone you know is interested in this particular role please contact Ralph Roque on (Apply online only) or apply directly to this post now.
