Project Manager RC Frame, Groundworks & High Rise- ConstructionDescription: The Role Our client is seeking to take on a dynamic and highly driven Project Manager with experience of working on high rise RC Frame projects. As a Project Manager you will be based on a site in or around London. Project values will range from �1m to �50 million on average with the occasional package going above this. Duties and Responsibilities: *Assist in the supervision of the works, particularly in regard to Health & Safety, cost and programme matters on high rise projects *Management of on site project staff and overseeing sub - contractors. *Production of project programmes, monitoring and updating on a weekly basis. *Chair client meetings throughout the project lifecycle, building strong, sustainable business relationships with new and existing clients. *Manage others and ensure all documents, authorisations are in place within the pre-construction phase of the project. *Establish and maintain cost control process. *To consider and approve procurement methods and prepare tender documents. *To assist in the establishing of project programmes and the reviewing of tender proposals. *Ensure continual communication to Contract Managers and Directors To assist in winning and securing new work. The Person Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in this role with a high rise RC frame and groundworks contractor. Candidates will have a HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and hold a SMSTS Card.
