The Karate Kid (PG)

Dre Parker is forced to follow his mother to Beijing for her work. The young man struggles to adjust to his new surroundings but pretty classmate Mei Ying helps Dre with the cultural differences. However, class bully Cheng humiliates Dre in front of the other students. In order to restore his reputation, Dre enlists the services of reclusive maintenance man Mr Han to teach him kung fu, thereby sowing the seeds of a touching friendship.
