Rachel and Heck have been best friends for years and it seems inevitable to all of their family and friends that they will end up together. As Rachel walks up the aisle, preparing to tie the knot with Heck, she glimpses florist Luce and experiences a sudden, inexplicable attraction to the young woman. The wedding goes ahead as planned but at the reception, Rachel and Luce strike up a conversation, which blossoms into friendship. Heck suggests trying to pair up Luce with his best friend Coop - but the matchmaking plan hits an almighty snag. "I'm gay," reveals Luce.
