Investigator Kazuko arrives at a horrific crime scene in the red light district of Shibuya. A young woman has been slain: her head and limbs have been removed, replaced with the body parts of a mannequin and the disfigured body dressed in a girlish sailor suit. Kazuko doesn’t know where to begin with such a bizarre case but as she interviews suspects and gathers evidence, the Investigator reveals the sick and twisted desires that led to slaughter.
