Julianne Moore is rumoured to star in a new film by former Gucci Group creative director Tom Ford. Filming for the feature movie, A Single Man, should begin in Los Angeles on 3 November.

Ford started the film production company Fade to Black three years ago, but this will be his directorial debut. He had expressed interest in working with movies when he left Gucci in 2004.
A Single Man, an adaptation of the 1964 novel by Christopher Isherwood, is also said to have Colin Firth and Matthew Goode among its cast.
