But Madonna’s soon-to-be ex reportedly is under a strict set of rules for visiting time with the kids.

Madge, who has kept 12-year-old Lourdes with her, allegedly has forbidden Guy to introduce their children to new friends or to be photographed with them, according to the Daily Mirror.

The kids also are to follow a strict vegetarian, macrobiotic, organic diet and drink only Kabbalah water. They’re reportedly not allowed to read magazines or newspapers or to watch TV and DVDs.

The other rules, the Daily Mirror reports, include the following: that the children must wear 100-percent natural clothes, that they must play with only “spiritually and ethically sound” toys, that their hands must be sprayed with disinfectant after going out in public, and that David’s bedtime stories must come from Madonna’s English Roses book set.

Guy also must avoid discussing the split and must let Madge speak to her children three times daily.

Meanwhile, Madonna is sparking more rumours that she and American baseball player Alex Rodriguez are together. The 50-year-old singer introduced A-Rod, 33, to her friends at a small dinner party in her apartment.

“It is a massive slap in the face for Guy and he really finds the whole thing quite embarrassing,” a source told the Daily Mirror.

“As you can imagine, both he and Madonna share a lot of mutual friends who they still keep in touch with. Guy found out through one of them about this party and was pretty p*****-off about the whole thing.

“He thought it showed a great deal of disrespect to him so soon after the announcement of their break up.”
