In This Moment is fronted by the stunning Maria Brink who is fast becoming one of the most photographed women in rock with several US Magazine covers under her belt including Revolver and Metal Edge. In This Moment’s invigorating mixture of metal and hard rock quickly caught the attention of fans of acts ranging from AFI and Avenged Sevenfold to Bleeding Through and Atreyu. It also enabled them to tour with Ozzy Osborne, Megadeath, Lacuna Coil and have been confirmed for this year’s US Warped tour. The diversity and depth was refreshing and simply undeniable. In 2008, they continue to carve out their own unique and exhilarating chapter in the hard rock genre, laying the foundation for an extremely bright future. If you haven’t heard of In This Moment, it won’t be long until you do because this band is at the brink of greatness. Century Media Records on Monday 6th April will release the single ‘Forever’ from the album ‘The Dream’ (produced by Kevin Churko – Ozzy Osborne, Britney Spears) in which there will be re-release on Monday 13th April to coincide with the UK tour – the new version of the album will include brand new bonus tracks.

Toronto-based 21-year-old, Lights released a CD of the self-titled debut EP on September 23, 2008 in North America. The self-made Canadian writes, produces, and performs her own music as well as designs her own artwork including the self-portrait on the cover of her debut EP. The EP is a sparkling blend of electronica-based pop, rock, and new wave, topped off by Lights’ honeyed vocals. Four of its songs have already racked up a collective 10.3 million plays on Lights’ MySpace page and she has 5.8 million views. A digital version of the EP was released on iTunes last April by Canadian indie label Underground Operations and has already sold more than 12,000 copies and 95,000 singles in the US alone. In her native Canada, sales add another 10,000 EPs and 48,000 singles. More recently, the song “Drive My Soul” was featured on MTV’s “The Hills.” And has also reached number one in Canada. Lights spent the summer performing on the Warped Tour in the U.S., and V Fest in Toronto, and sharing stages with artists such as Chiodos and Metric. She will also be playing at this year’s Warped tour in the summer.

Versemerge were recently quoted by AP Magazine as being one of the ‘100 Bands You Need To Know in 2009’!! ..hailing from Port St.Lucia Florida, and fronted by the young & talented Sierra Kusterbeck, Versemerge are fast proving they have what it takes to stand out from the crowd. There’s no doubt that this band were born to do this, their passion & excitement for what they do is clearly palpable by the excitement showcased by fans at the band’s incendiary live performances, and the barrage of positive & excited feedback from blogs and Web sites all over the world. It’s difficult to imagine how 2009 couldn’t be the year that Versemerge become the breakout band that everyone will be talking about!
