The Corrs @ Wembley Arena
Mon, 8th Nov 2004, 7.30 p.m., UKP35.00 + fees
Unlike many of today's top pop acts, the Corrs have always really been about performing live They are lucky in that their catchy folk-pop, forged on the exhausting live circuit, has translated brilliantly in the studio into the catchy chart hits we've come to expect. Of course, the fact that all four of them are endowed with incredible Irish good looks hasn't hurt. Fiddles to the fore - catch them in their natural environment as they embark on their first UK tour in some time following the recent release of their latest album.

Tony Bennett, London, Royal Festival Hall
Mon, 6th Dec 2004, 8.00 PM, Tickets from UKP39.00+fees
An icon of American entertainment for over five decades, Tony Bennett captivates his audience with a commanding presence that communicates from the front row to the back of the house. It's a special magic that only a handful of entertainers share - Bing Crosby had it, Sinatra had it, Ella had it, and all who earn the title of 'entertainment legend' must have it. Bennett has established his place among that illustrious company. And in recent years Tony Bennett has not just bridged the generation gap, he has demolished it. Click here for tickets (FC)
