The British Museum
Open to visitors from all over the world since 1753, the British Museum is said to house one of the greatest collections on the history of human culture. Some highlights are the Rosetta Stone and Easter Island statue and some of the earliest known images portraying Christ. Great visit for a tremendous history and culture of Britain and the world. Galleries are open Mon - Wed, Sat and Sun 10:00 - 17:30; Thurs and Fri 10:00 - 20:30. Admission is free.
