Dr Johnson's House
One of the few residential houses of the 18th century still surviving in the city, it was the home and workplace for Samuel Johnson, and the birthplace of the first comprehensive English Dictionary. Open Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 17:30. Admission is 4.50 UKP for adults, 3.50 UKP for concessions, 1.50 UKP for children and 10 UKP for families.
