Buckingham Palace

The world-famous residence of the Queen and Royal Family, Buckingham Palace is a must for every London visitor. The State Rooms of the Palace are opened during the annual Summer Opening in August and September. They are decorated with lavish furniture, paintings by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Claude and others and delicate sculptures and porcelain. Visitors can also enjoy a nice garden walk through the Palace grounds. Open daily 9:45 - 18:00, 26 July - 24 Sept with admissions every 15 minutes. Admission is 14.00 UKP for adults, 12.50 UKP for concessions, 8 UKP for 17 years and younger, free for 5 years and under, and 36 UKP for families.
