Sienna Miller Goes Green at Premiere
- Factory Girl star joins the plug-socket police

Sienna Miller in Factory Girl. Paramount Pictures UK.SIENNA MILLER joined the government's go-green crusade at the premiere of Factory Girl last night when she revealed she does her bit for the environment.

"I switch off my plug sockets at night and turn my phone charger off," said Miller. "I'm a great supporter of carbon-neutral."

Whether raising green issues was in response to the government's plans announced yesterday for big reductions in Britain's carbon emissions, or a sneaky tactic to avoid questions on the poor critical reaction to Factory Girl, we will never know.

But Miller seemed to enjoy the moment in any case and carried on enjoying herself until nearly 6.00am by all accounts.

The film's director George Hickenlooper was at Leicester Square. "I like the British," he said. "It's a more literary climate so maybe they will appreciate the film more."

Unfortunately, flattery won’t always get you there. LondonNet's own review wasn’t too pretty.

Factory Girl opens in London this Friday, 16 March.
