- Access weekend gives public the chance to see the city from the glassed-heights of Londonís Living Room
GREAT views over London are on offer from the top of the Greater London Authority building this weekend, as Londonís assembly opens its doors to the public.
The top floor of the Assembly, known as Londonís Living Room, with its huge swathes of glass, provides wonderful views over the Thames and both east and west across to the north of the river.
There are other things to see at the GLA HQ, like the rooms Ken Livingstone might nor might not be in next month and the spiral staircase that wends its way up through the building. The integral cafť is open for business on both Saturday and Sunday.
Opening hours: Sat, Sun: 10am-5pm. Last entry 4.30pm.
