Roundhouse Returns with Spectacular Show
- Famous Camden theatre back on the scene after 23 years

Roundhouse Returns with Spectacular ShowTWENTY-THREE years after it closed, the Roundhouse theatre in Camden re-opens today, ready with an extravagantly spectacular show called Fuerzabruta.

Once an important London venue, the Roundhouse closed its doors due to money troubles in 1983, but was fortunately not knocked down and re-developed into offices or flats.

Instead, the Norman Trust bought the site in 1996 and since then some UKP27 million has been spent on refurbishments. The new Roundhouse includes a studio theatre, rehearsal rooms and media suites as well as the main 1,700 seat theatre.

Fuerzabruta was created by the team behind De La Guarda and features some extraordinary physical theatre to the backing of a strong and atmospheric score.
