Dome is Open for Christmas
- Homeless get spectacular venue for annual charity campaign.

Close to a thousand homeless people will find shelter in the Dome over the next week as part of this year's Open Christmas campaign. Open Christmas, run by charity for the homeless Crisis, has taken place since 1971, but this year's effort is likely to be one of the biggest ever thanks to the supersize venue.

As well as bed and board, visitors to the Dome will be able to make use of medical facilities, job training courses and there will even be accommodation for dogs belonging to homeless people.

The Dome is open for business from today, Thursday, until the 30th of December.
