Van Outen Wows West End
- Tell Me On A Sunday extends run

TELL ME ON A SUNDAY has extended its 12 week run by a further five weeks until August 23. Andrew Lloyd Webber's 24 year old one woman musical plays at the Gielgud theatre.

Van Outen rose above her career presenting on TV with her stage debut as murderess Roxie Hart in the West End production Chicago. Her current role is as an English girl who moves to New York and has various relationships with American men. Fans of her cheery persona on the Big Breakfast and Something For The Weekend will be reassured by her bright eyed performance and surprised by her gutsy singing voice.

Lloyd Webber himself is certainly charmed by the diminutive star. The success of his musical comes at a time when long running hits Cats and Starlight Express can no longer find a London audience. Matthew Warchus's direction promises to keep the show running as long as his last hit, Art.
