Mick Dow and Maddy Sparham are the Men in Coats who have gone from strength to strength since winning the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year in 2001. The Right Size's blend of ingenious stage wit is still going strong in the long running The Play Wot I Wrote at Wyndham's theatre, and West End venues like the Arts theatre have successfully taken to programming one-off comedy acts.
