| 'Riotous' Mayor No Longer Has Our Respect, Say Rivals
- Livingstone faces the Stairgate heat RIVAL London politicians have stuck the boot into Ken Livingstone following the fall out from a ruck allegedly involving the London Mayor's at a party. "Does he want to be remembered as the Mayor who had a riotous time at parties?" asked rhetorical London Assembly member Lynne Featherstone. "Perhaps impending fatherhood will help him mature." Featherstone's barbed comments relate to an alleged incident at a party in north London a few weeks ago when Livingstone is claimed to have been involved in a man falling down some stairs and receiving serious injuries. "I think that after this event he is no longer someone whom Londoners can respect," said Tony Arbour. |
