Harrelson Pays Taxi Repair Bill
- Cheers star gets charges dropped

WOODY HARRELSON will not go in court to face charges of damaging a London taxi after, it has been confirmed.

The actor, star of Cheers and Indecent Proposal, was due to appear in court today after an incident last month when both a door lock and an ashtray of a taxi were damaged, but the case has now been pulled after Harrelson agreed to pay damages of UKP500.

Harrelson will be hoping to put the incident behind him as he prepares for his first outing on the London stage when he teams up with Kyle MacLachlan in On an Average Day, due to open later this summer.
