| Hugh Granted Potter Wish
- Bridget Jones star to play teacher in sequel HUGH GRANT has revealed he is to star in the next Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. The news came to light when the actor let it slip while filming a US chat show. Movie insiders then confirmed that Grant is lined up to play smart-arse Gilderoy Lockhart, a teacher at the young wizard's school. Filming will begin this autumn, even before the first film - Harry Potter and the Philospher's Stone - reaches UK screens in November. Rumours have also been circulating about a third film, Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban, which, if given the green light, will go into production next year. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is slated for a UK release at the tail-end of 2002 |
