Diana to Live Forever in Hyde Park
- Commemorative fountain to ge get go-ahead tomorrow

THE SITE of the long-awaited Diana Fountain is to be announced by Chancellor Gordon Brown tomorrow.

Leaks from the Diana Memorial Committee suggest the fountain - yet to be designed - will be erected at the south west corner of Hyde Park's Serpentine lake.

"I know Diana went to this place privately. It has real spirit in it," said Rosa Monkton, chair of the Fountain Committee and one of the tragic princess's closest friends in the last years of her life.

The design for the fountain will go out to tender and the project should be completed by 2002.
