| Time Called On Eurostar
- Paris breathes sigh of relief after 'Up For It' ad is banned EUROSTAR, the channel tunnel train operators, have been banned from fielding an advert which appears to encourage drunkenness. The poster, showing a group of likely lads, carried the pay-off line, 'From up for it, to out of it, via every club in Paris.' Though Eurostar denied they were egging young British men to go out on the lash in France, advertising watchdogs disagreed. "We considered that the poster encouraged readers to act irresponsibly," a spokesperson from the Advertising Standards Authority said. |
