Noel Gets the Huff With Hollywood Stars
- Gallagher brother hits out at actors' pop ambitions

NOEL GALLAGHER has taken a swipe against Hollywood actors who try to launch a music career.

"People like Bruce Willis and Nicole Kidman should stick to acting. Leave rock and roll to the professionals, the good guys," he said.

The Oasis guitarist also slammed his fellow musicians for wanting to tread the boards.
"I've never understood musicians who desperately want to act, like Mick Jagger and David Bowie. Aren't they happy with music?"

Gallagher said he had no urge himself to go into acting - unlike his brother Liam, who is to appear as a glass collector in Channel 4 sitcom Phoenix Nights. "I have no interest at all," said Noel, before adding, "although every man has his price doesn't he?"
