LondonNet 2000
- Sailing
through the storm
IT HAS been
a big year here at the good ship LondonNet.
We remain independently
funded, with our growth powered by our increasing turnover. While
this may be a rarity in this strange dot com world, we believe
it has given us the chance to grow at a reasonable (not breakneck)
speed, thus providing security to our customers, employees and
suppliers. As a result of this policy and the hard work and dedication
of our staff we have sailed through the dot com mania and dot
com crash and leave the year with a hugely boosted readership
and range of services.
We also successfully
launched our second site, Hotelgenie.com which now has over
300 hotels in 100 European cities, many with exclusive offers
and discounts.
2001 is LondonNet's
fifth year online and our team of writers look forward to giving
you even more to read about London. Alongside their tips you
will be able to book an expanding range of hotels, shows and
events with the help of our experienced travel advisors.
