Terms and Conditions for LondonNet’s London Directory Premium Listings

  1. Premium Listings are enhanced listings within LondonNet’s London Directory.
  2. Premium Listings appear more prominently in the directory and allow business owners to upload up to four images and a corporate logo to their directory page. Business owners with Premium Listings may also make changes to their description throughout the course of their subscription (see para 5 below).
  3. Your premium listing will be reviewed by our editorial team and if approved will appear in the London Directory within five to seven working days. The criteria used for review will include legality, accuracy and decency. In the event that your listing is not approved we will contact you to arrange any agreed amendments, where this is not possible a full refund will be given.
  4. Your listing is valid for one year. Shortly before the expiration of your premium listing we will contact you to offer you the chance to extend your listing for another twelve months. Please note that unless you renew your Premium Listing it will automatically revert to a standard listing stauts on the anniversary of your subscription.
  5. You may submit changes to your entry as long as you remain a premium listing customer. All changes will be reviewed by our editorial team and if approved will appear in the London Directory within five to seven working days. The criteria used for review will include legality, accuracy and decency. In the event that your amended listing is not approved we will contact you to arrange any agreed amendments. If we are unable to agree any change the listing will remain in its original form.
  6. Should you wish to cancel your Premium Listing or remove it from the directory please contact us (see para 7 below) and we will remove the listing within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your instruction. Please note that no refund will be offered by LondonNet Ltd for any remaining/unused period of the subscription term.

  8. All prices quoted and are in UK pounds sterling. All payments must be made in UK pounds sterling.
  9. The London Directory is only available to businesses registered in the U.K.
  10. The business owner will at all times indemnify LondonNet Ltd from and against any and all losses arising out of the business owner’s breach of any representation, warranty or obligation hereunder, or any alleged breach of any representation, warranty or obligation to any other party.
  11. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be ineffective, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of any or all of the remaining portions thereof.
  12. These terms and conditions shall be construed and applied exclusively under English Law.
