2-3 years overall B2B marketing experience.
At least 2 years experience working with a customer database and a track record of adapting the use of customer databases to meet business needs.
Experience of managing CRM programmes within a B2B market.
A proven understanding of the principles of database marketing, particularly in relation to direct mail and targeting through data segmentation.
Experience of preparation and implementation of a 3 year strategic marketing plan.
