Activate Project Officer- Public Sector

Description: Our client, a large housing association, are looking for a Project worker to be responsible for the Activate Health & Well Being programme.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Evaluation & building sustainability aspects of the role
Carry out impact assessment research and compile reports for funders
Review past projects (inc. speaking to customers and focus groups)
Identify sustainable delivery plan / models
Identify and secure external funding streams
Design and implement capacity building training for customers
2. Delivery of health and well being activities and programme
Develop publicity material for programme and activities
Manage budgets and monitor expenditure and income according available budgets
Able to manage small contracts and SLAs
Develop partnerships with health and wellbeing stakeholders (internal and external)
Produce quarterly reports on delivery inc, outputs and spend.
Work with other teams in the directorate to develop a programme of health and well being activities that respond to customer health and wellbeing needs
The successful candidate must have:
Experience of project/programme review and evaluation, ideally of health and well being provision, including undertaking research and Impact Assessments.
Experience of managing complex budgets including producing financial reports for internal analysis and external Funders
Experience of negotiating targets and costs with service providers from public and third sector organisations and managing the development and delivery of contracts/Service Level Agreements
Experience of developing community based training provision
Experience of successful fundraising to support projects and programmes
Knowledge of the current policies on Healthy Living and Well Being
Knowledge of the Health Sector and Commissioning
Knowledge of external funding sources
