Senior OT - Neuro Rehab- Medical/Pharmaceutical/Scientific

Description: Reed Health are seeking an experienced OT with a background and interest of acute neuro rehab for our client, a private London hospital.
1. To manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
2. To participate in the planning, development and evaluation of OT services within a designated area, holding responsibility for defined projects.
3. To contribute to implementing quality initiatives and quality assurance methods.
4. To work as an effective team member of the multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.
5. To provide leadership for junior staff through supervision and appraisal.
Honours degree in OT
Registration with HPC
The successful candidate will have considerable experience and skills within this field and have excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
