A hermit called Mariano lives alone in a derelict apartment that reflects the decline of post-apocalyptic Mexico. Out of the blue, a brother and sister seek shelter in the same apartment block and ultimately find uncomfortable lodgings with Mariano. The manipulative old man agrees to give the siblings food and shelter in exchange for them performing unspeakable acts. As Mariano cleverly wears down the brother and sister’s resistance, he coerces them into shocking acts of barbarity and incest.
