Vampire covens are on the verge of extinction. The only hope for the fanged fiends is to locate vampire warrior Selene and her daughter Eve, whose blood contains the secret to creating powerful vampire-werewolf hybrids. Semira, a member of the Eastern Coven, convinces Selene to come out of hiding using a go-between: her loyal protege, Thomas. At the crucial moment, Semira and her lover Varga betray Selene and Thomas, who are forced to seek shelter with the Nordic Coven.
