Jon welcomes his three friends Red, Simon and Zooby aboard a narrowboat for a boozy weekend reunion. In the claustrophobic confine of the floating home, the fortysomething pals rediscover the rhythms of their youth and settle back into old roles. However, there is unspoken tension bubbling beneath the surface and as Jon takes charge of steering the narrowboat, he charts a haphazard course towards pain and redemption.
