The Warrior (12A)

The revered warrior Lafcadia works for the tyrannical local lord, who rules his empire from his base in a crumbling fort. During an attack on a defenceless village which has forgotten to pay its taxes, Lafcadia is suddenly overcome with remorse and drops his sword, vowing never to fight again. The lord is furious and orders Lafcadia’s immediate execution, entrusting the bloody task to his ambitious and merciless second in command.
