Rob Brown is the leader of a gang in the small Minnesota town of Pine Point on the White Earth Indian Reservation, who has frequent brushes with the law. He has perpetuated a violent drug and created a new generation of wastrels including his 17-year-old protege, Kevin, who hopes to follow in his mentor’s footsteps. This documentary spends several years in the company of the men, trying to make sense of the breakdown of their community.
