In April 1986, a catastrophic failure at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine led to an explosion and fire, which released radioactive particles into the atmosphere. In this documentary, multimedia artist Fedor Alexandrovich embarks on a quest to learn if events at the power plant were somehow linked to the expensive failure of the nearby Duga radio-transmitter.
