Deranged serial killer Max gets his kicks from murdering innocent people and documenting every gruesome, bloody moment on video camera. His nameless assistant ensures the carnage is always in focus, while Max boasts about his psychotic exploits. In a series of video confessionals, Max reveals his twisted inner feelings just before he strangles, stabs or bludgeons his hapless victims to death.
