Seven-year-old Tim Templeton has a wonderfully close relationship with his parents, Ted and Janice, who always make time for their boy despite their demanding jobs for Puppy Co. This bond is severely tested with the arrival of a baby brother, called Boss Baby, who dresses in a tiny black suit and carries a briefcase. While Ted and Janice are smitten with Boss Baby, enduring sleepless nights to cater to the whims of the newest addition to the household, Tim grows envious of his younger sibling.
