Donny is a garbage truck driver with Asperger’s in a sleepy western Pennsylvania town, who occasionally gets himself into trouble because of his literal and obsessive mind. When a young boy drowns, Donnie overhears the grief-stricken mother remarking that her beautiful boy would not have wandered off on his own. A seed of doubt blossoms into a forest of nagging questions for Donnie and he embarks on a personal crusade to unravel the truth about the boy’s demise.
