Micky Mason is a skilled manual worker who has been forced to bounce between zero hours jobs since the financial crash. He will do whatever it takes to keep his family together so when his father’s care home is sold, Micky welcomes Sam into his cramped bedsit. Meanwhile, his son Jason is striving to stay clean in a city where temptation lurks on every street corner.
