Shubh Mangal Saavdhan (12A)

Mudit is head over heels in love with his spirited sweetheart Sugandha and she eventually accepts his awkward marriage proposal, which fires the starter pistol on a period of negotiations between the engagement and a North Indian shaadi. The middle-class couple shoulder the weight of expectation of their respective families, who insist on meddling in every detail of the happy day. Sugandha must accept that she might not get her fairytale wedding while Mudit worries he is ill-prepared for being a husband.
