US Marine Jed Eckert returns home to Spokane, Washington to be reunited with his father, Police Sergeant Tom Eckert, and reckless younger brother Matt. No sooner has Jed unpacked his kit bag than North Korean troops led by Captain Cho parachute into Spokane, guns a-blazing.
