Matt Hopkins and his wife Rachel are excitedly awaiting the birth of their first child. During a drive in the Scottish countryside, the couple crashes the car and seeks shelter with a kindly local farmer called Bob Fairbarn and his family. As Matt and Rachel recuperate, they realise that Bob’s daughter is a child, who went missing many years ago. Before they can raise the alarm, Bob imprisons Matt and Rachel then prepares to take their baby.
