Khosrow and Morteza are assassins, who are hired to torture and, if necessary, murder dissident writers. Their targets include one elderly intellectual, who possesses an incriminating manuscript that details a security operation to murder a group of writers by driving their bus off a cliff. The manuscript specifically names Khosrow and Morteza’s boss and, understandably, he wants to destroy the evidence.
