Ladies (De Plus Belle)

Forty-year-old single mother Lucie struggles to find new direction in her life after a four year battle with cancer. She had poor self-image before her chemotherapy, thanks to her domineering mother Yvonne. Now she must somehow reclaim her femininity. As part of her rehabilitation, Lucie visits a wig shop run by Dalila, who empowers women to fall in love with their beautifully imperfect bodies. Dalila has a profound effect on Lucie, which could help her to reciprocate the overtures of a suitor.
