Twenty-five years after the riots in South Central Los Angeles, which resulted in more than 50 deaths and over one billion US dollars in damage, this documentary revisit the trial of the four white Los Angeles police officers, who were captured on film beating Rodney King and were subsequently acquitted. Archival news footage of the widespread looting, arson and assaults that shocked a nation are intercut with previously unseen material.
