Teddy Brown is mad about cricket and as president of his local team, the Abbotsford Anglers, he attempts to inspire the same passion and devotion in his players. His two best men, Ricky and Stavros, are poised to bid farewell to the team so they can concentrate on their families. In an effort to re-ignite the old Abbotsford spirit, Teddy accepts an invitation to play in India. Unfortunately, most of the men view the trip as a jolly and do not take the sport seriously.
